Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing TenderBharo. This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services availed through our platform.

TenderBharo provides consultancy and support services based on information and documents shared by the client and the applicable requirements of procurement authorities. As such, outcomes may depend on third-party approvals and external processes beyond our control.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• A verifiable deficiency in the service delivered by TenderBharo
• Non-initiation of the agreed service within a reasonable time after confirmation
• Duplicate payment made by the client
• Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
• Change of mind after service confirmation or payment
• Rejection, delay, or query raised by any Government authority, portal, or third-party agency
• Pending applications under review with any department
• Incomplete, incorrect, or delayed documents provided by the client
• Non-responsiveness from the client for more than 60 days
• Services already delivered or substantially executed
• Long-term or retainership agreements, unless specifically mentioned in the service agreement.

Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing within 24 hrs of service purchase and before substantial work has commenced. Once the service process has started or documentation has been prepared, cancellation may not be permitted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be communicated via email

• Processing time: up to 15 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

Important Note

For long-term contracts or customized engagements, the terms specified in the signed service agreement shall override this policy. Final decisions regarding refunds will be subject to service evaluation and contractual obligations.
